I’m glad you did so I could have a little giggle at Geoffrey’s response 
Me and my brother used to say this to each other as little kids “you can’t be doing nothing you are sat down!”
This aspect of ‘doing’ nothing and yet everything already happening is exactly the current theme in ‘my’ progressive redundancy, or more ‘my’ progressive acceptance of already being redundant haha.
It took some getting used to at first, it still does, and yet it does deliver the goods when allowed.
