The sad/angry ‘me’ is not any more real than the happy ‘me’

Funny thought whilst taking a late-night stroll with the dogs and the partner.

In the moment of reflection there was a wildly happy / jubilant ‘Claudiu’ having a blast. Earlier in the day there was a resentful/angry ‘Claudiu’ upset about an issue.

While being the jubilant Claudiu there was the thought along the lines of, how can I just be happy forever? Wouldn’t it be being ‘fake’ in some sense of the word? What about those ‘real’ issues earlier?

And the answer came that that Claudiu that was being upset is just as ‘fake’ as the jubilant one. One isn’t any more real than the other. There is nothing that makes worrying about an issue any more ‘authentic’, ‘true’ or ‘genuine’ than enjoying being alive.

Writing this now other things are clear - it’s literally just a choice. And it is way more fun to choose the fun version :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:. And the fun way leads to the PCE way which is far more awesome. So definitely gonna keep going for that! :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: Weeeeee
