Ha it does get pretty tricky to describe these things at this point, precisely because of this - “one is unable to distinguish between ‘me’ doing it and it happening to ‘me’.” I was doing some gymnastics for it to make sense and still not happy with the descriptions

‘Me’ giving permission to have it happen now and it happening is one and the same thing.
