To âactivate more " regularâ sensuous enjoyment", it might be helpful to consider the level of oneâs commitment to âappreciatingâ (on top of âenjoyingâ). I.e. taking the âtimeâ to be amazed at the wonder of the sensuous experience. Something like âomg this is awesomeâ. The cherishing of the experience. See for example one example of Richard eating a hamburger.
Of course it is key to not âforcefullyâ make one think that. Not to add it on top because you think you should, or to âobtainâ more pleasure etc. But rather to appreciate the serendipitous appearance in mind or this appreciation itself.
